Information we process

We process account details, product activity, public job records, and property-owner contact data supplied by a licensed enrichment provider.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the job board, secure accounts, honor privacy choices, and show eligible subscribers relevant contact details.

Disclosure

Eligible subscribers may receive an enriched phone number only after Keelsnap's disclosure gates and contact terms are satisfied. We do not provide autodialing or text-message tools.

Field classes

• Class A · Public job record. TODO(counsel): Fields taken from city/county published layers — address, job number, status, work type, valuation when present, and any contractor name or phone the city listed. City-published phones stay labeled city-published / public-record forever. Keelsnap does not invent these values.
• Class B · Derived / scored. TODO(counsel): Keelsnap-computed values from the public row: trade, score, grade, why, and product contact kind (callable, owner-builder, named, blind). Scoring does not require SKIP_TRACE_DISCLOSE. Assigned-GC rows cannot grade A.
• Class C · Enrich / skip-trace. TODO(counsel): Phones appended by DataSkip after ingest for eligible owner-builder gaps. Stored in lead_contacts, never written onto the city row, never invented. Hidden from subscribers until disclosure gates open. Default Anaheim 10 dry-run leaves this empty; a Bart-authorized --live-enrich ops path may store Class C off the public phone field and still does not ship it.
• Class D · Board-shipped. TODO(counsel): What a paying subscriber sees on the morning board. With disclosure off (the default), board-shipped fields are Class A + B only. Class C never ships until Bart clears disclose after counsel review.

Your choices

California residents may request access, correction, deletion, or that Keelsnap stop selling or sharing their personal information. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights. Submit a privacy request.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and durable suppression of opted-out contacts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
